Keeping your property safe for visitors, guests or tenants with insect control and disease control that’s as environmentally-friendly as possible. For commercial properties, Swingle utilize a two-step approach: The “Treat Phase” and the “Inspect Phase.” For commercial properties, economies of scale are often available to keep within an established budget.

In the Treat Phase, we treat your property’s "primary" trees and shrubs that are likely to be attacked. When considering the environment, injection is the preferred application method. When a foliar (leaf) spray is required, we take every available precaution throughout your property.

For the Inspect Phase, your property’s remaining (smaller) trees and shrubs will be inspected for aphids, spider mites and caterpillars with an injectable and/or foliar treatment. Infested trees or shrubs will be automatically treated at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Any fruit trees will also be inspected, but will not be treated without permission.
