Exercising outdoors is a great way to relieve stress, get balance in your life, be outside and appreciate nature. If the weather is lovely there is no reason to stay indoors when working out. Fresh air is exhilarating!

Exercise improves mood. Even if we sometimes dread doing it at first, we immediately feel benefits and our spirits are lifted. If you are looking for alternatives to your workout, or just want to have some fun while burning calories, here are a few ideas to get you started:
