Colorado Spring Showers Bring May Flowers

This May has been a very wet one in Colorado. Normally we do see precipitation during this month, but so far this year we have experienced much more moisture than normal for this time of year.

If you are out in about in Colorado and want to see blooming flowers in May, keep your eyes peeled for these wonderful varieties:

• Lilac
• Tulips
• Iris
• Daffodils
• Crabapples

This spring make sure you get outside! Take a walk in your neighborhood, pack a picnic lunch and head to your favorite park, whatever you do make sure you stop and smell the flowers this May!
